Deliveries are carried out Monday to Friday and will normally be between 7:30am and 6:30pm.
Delivery times are subject to stock availability. Individual product/colour lead times can be found on product pages.
We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible.

Deliveries are mainland only. All above exclude – Scottish Isles, Highlands, IOM, IOW, GY, JE.
Deliveries where ferries are necessary may be possible at an extra cost such as IOW, please contact us before ordering.

For standard large orders; once an order has been placed you will be contacted by our sales team to arrange a delivery day within 2-3 working days.
All deliveries of our Composite Decking World products are undertaken by our in-house delivery team and trained 3rd party couriers.
We aim to be as helpful as possible when delivering products. As a general rule products will be unloaded to your property’s kerb side, front garden or down an easily accessible side gate or easily accessible garage only. Any other location will be at the drivers own discretion.
Our drivers are strictly not insured to take goods any further into and/or through houses/buildings. We recommend an adult present upon delivery to help carry the goods to the desired location.
We recommend 1-2 adults are present upon delivery to carry the goods to the desired location. Please ensure there is someone at the property able to take delivery and sign for the delivery, this must be someone over the age of 18. If no one is at or cannot be at the property we will give you the option to leave in a safe place at your own risk, we will need written or verbal consent that you want goods left in a safe location of your choosing and that you are happy to take responsibility for them from there after this is usually done via email or phone call as all calls are recorded.
If a delivery is unable to be made upon the agreed delivery day because no one was able to take the delivery or was unable to access designated area, an additional delivery fee will be charged to rearrange a new delivery day. This will also mean the first initial delivery fee will be non-refundable.
If for any reason you are not happy or satisfied with your products when they arrive, you must let us know straight away and mark this on your delivery form signed upon receipt of the goods. Please ensure that photos are also taken for evidence of any issue and inform us by calling 01708 203 244 straight away. We will then rectify and issues as quickly as possible.
All products are quality checked before loading for delivery.
